Veterinary clinics

Your team cares for animals. The phone shouldn’t pull them away.

Appointment requests, opening hours, refill requests: VoxTelio takes them in and keeps them visible. Anything that sounds like an emergency goes to your team or your emergency instructions, every time.

Calls the assistant can take

“Can I book a vaccination for my dog?”

It takes the pet’s and owner’s details and availability, and creates a request your team confirms.

“My cat ate something toxic.”

It gives no medical advice and immediately applies your emergency instructions (transfer or emergency number).

“Can I get a refill on my dog’s medication?”

It records the request for a vet to review.

“What time do you close?”

It gives your approved hours.

Frequently asked questions

Does the assistant give medical advice?

Never. It recognizes words that suggest an emergency and applies your instructions straight away.

Will VoxTelio connect to my practice management software?

Not natively today. Requests reach your team by email and in the VoxTelio console, and can be exported. Integrations with the most common tools are on the roadmap and will be prioritized with pilot customers. We’ll tell you plainly what works with your setup before any pilot.
