What your team receives after a call. Sample content.
Calls the assistant can take
“Are you open on the holiday?”
It gives the hours and exceptions you approved.
“Can I book a table for tonight?”
It takes the request (name, number of guests, time) for your team to confirm, unless you connect a booking tool later.
“Do you have gluten-free options?”
It answers from your approved menu information and never improvises on allergies.
“Is this item in stock?”
Without stock access, it takes a callback request.

Frequently asked questions
Can it take payments over the phone?
No. The assistant never takes card details.
Will VoxTelio connect to my booking or point-of-sale system?
Not natively today. Requests reach your team by email and in the VoxTelio console, and can be exported. Integrations with the most common tools are on the roadmap and will be prioritized with pilot customers. We’ll tell you plainly what works with your setup before any pilot.
