Every listing and every building brings calls. Not all of them need an agent.

Calls the assistant can take
“Is the apartment on Main Street still available?”
It answers from the information you approved and offers a callback from an agent.
“Can I schedule a viewing?”
It records availability and contact details and creates a request your team confirms.
“There’s water coming through my ceiling.”
It treats it as urgent: collects the address and details and transfers or alerts your on-call contact, per your rules.
“When is the next owners’ meeting?”
It gives the date you published, or takes a message.

Frequently asked questions
How are emergencies handled?
You define what counts as urgent and who to call. The assistant collects the essentials and transfers or alerts that person immediately. If nobody answers, the request stays at the top of the “To handle” list.
Can it give out an owner’s or tenant’s details?
No. The assistant never shares personal information about another person.
Will VoxTelio connect to my property management or CRM software?
Not natively today. Requests reach your team by email and in the VoxTelio console, and can be exported. Integrations with the most common tools are on the roadmap and will be prioritized with pilot customers. We’ll tell you plainly what works with your setup before any pilot.
