Calls the assistant can take
“Can you give me a quote for a new boiler?”
It collects the job details, address and availability, and creates a quote request. No price is promised.
“Do you cover my area?”
It answers from the service area you approved.
“I have no heat and it’s freezing.”
It applies your emergency rules: on-call transfer or priority callback.
“What time is the technician coming?”
Without access to your schedule, it takes the request and you call back.

Frequently asked questions
Can it book jobs straight into my calendar?
Not yet. It creates requests your team confirms. Calendar integrations are on the roadmap and will be built with pilot customers.
Will VoxTelio connect to my job management software?
Not natively today. Requests reach your team by email and in the VoxTelio console, and can be exported. Integrations with the most common tools are on the roadmap and will be prioritized with pilot customers. We’ll tell you plainly what works with your setup before any pilot.
