What your team receives after a call. Sample content.

Calls the assistant can take

“Are you open Saturday?”

The assistant gives your approved hours and closing days.

“I’d like to book a service.”

It notes the vehicle, the work requested and availability, then creates a request for the shop to confirm.

“Is my car ready?”

Without access to your shop software it doesn’t guess: it takes the request and the shop calls back, or transfers if someone is free.

“My check engine light is on.”

No diagnosis. It records the description and offers a callback or an appointment.

Always handed to your team

  • Diagnosis, estimates and firm prices
  • Disputes and complaints
  • Roadside breakdowns (directed to the caller’s assistance service)

Possible follow-up calls

  • Confirm a shop appointment the day before
  • Let customers know their vehicle is ready, when the shop triggers it
  • Call back customers who left a request

Follow-up calls module in preparation.

Frequently asked questions

Can the assistant give prices?

Only the fixed prices you have approved (for example a listed oil change). Every estimate is still done by the shop.

Is it connected to my shop management software?

Not at launch. Requests arrive in the VoxTelio console and by email. Integrations will be prioritized with our first pilot shops.

Will VoxTelio connect to my garage management software?

Not natively today. Requests reach your team by email and in the VoxTelio console, and can be exported. Integrations with the most common tools are on the roadmap and will be prioritized with pilot customers. We’ll tell you plainly what works with your setup before any pilot.
